Camila & Alvaro

WE’RE GETTING MARRIED!

21.09.2025

About Us

Alvaro and Camila went to high school together in Colombia but never spoke. Twenty years later, they reconnected on social media. Guess who made the first move? Of course, it was Alvaro! LOL.
Camila admits that after receiving his first message, she left him hanging for two years. But when she finally saw one of his stories where he looked extremely handsome, she just had to respond! 😜
What started as catching up and the occasional Instagram, soon turned into nonstop calls, texts, and frequent trips between North Carolina and Texas to see each other and their families.
Now, after almost 2 years of being long distance and being inseparable, they’ve decided to take the next step! ❤️✨

Our Proposal

Alvaro proposed to Camila in Lima, Peru, during a trip to celebrate her law school graduation. Camila had planned a surprise for Alvaro—a relaxing spa day for the two of them. But little did she know, Alvaro had an even bigger surprise in store…

He told her they were going on a picnic, but when they arrived, he gently covered her eyes and led her to a grassy spot overlooking a beautiful lake. Then, dropping to one knee, he asked the question that would change their lives:

“Will you marry me?” ❤️✨
