A little message from us:
To all of our amazing family and friends,
We are so unbelievably excited about sharing our wedding day with you all!
Hopefully, despite mail strikes, you will have received your Save the Date by now and know that we have chosen to get married in Spain. This country holds a special place in our hearts after Catriona spent 3 months studying there… and plus, sun, sangria and tapas!! What else could you want?!
We understand that having an abroad wedding may add some challenges for our guests and so we have set up this website so that you can refer back and keep informed. We have included some places to look at for staying which offer the best eating/relaxing options to make the most of your trip. We will be adding to this as and when more things are booked and organised so keep your eyes peeled!

At 3.30pm in beautiful Spain, We’ll gather and say ‘I do!’

Málaga and Torre del Mar
As the capital city of the ever-popular Costa del Sol, Malaga is home to some of Spain’s most stunning coastline.
From its stunning port and beautiful old town, to its multitude of quirky galleries and tapas bars; it’s easy to see why it’s considered Andalusia’s leading cultural and historical hub. Let’s not forget the fact that it’s sunny almost all year round!
Torre del Mar, just 15 minutes drive from the wedding venue, is a locality on the southern coast of Spain, part of the municipality of Vélez-Málaga, located in the province of Málaga. Torre del Mar is characterised by the quality of the environment and its spectacular vast beaches, as well as its seafront promenade, which is a meeting point for many visitors and people from the village.
Transfer for Guests
We recommend flying into Malaga Airport (AGP). It is approximately a 45-minute drive to the venue.
Buses and taxis / Uber are available from the airport.
We would advise you to stay in Torre del Mar as this is where all the events will be occurring.

Accommodation
BQ Andalucia and Hotel Mainake are good examples of hotels in Torre del Mar, although there are great deals to be had on AirBnB.
